Mindful Meals is not a cooking class. It's a live cook-along with Dr. Rak, a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine physician, where we slow down, cook together, and use food as a way to take care of ourselves and the people we love.

Meet

Dr. Rak

Dr. Rak Jotwani ("Rock") is a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine and Internal Medicine physician, founder of RAK Your Life, and co-host of The Health Feast podcast.

He reversed his own prediabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure through the same whole-food, plant-based approach he now teaches. He runs Mindful Meals because he believes cooking is one of the most powerful, undervalued medicines we have.

This isn't a chef's show. It's the kind of cooking a physician does when he gets home and wants to feed his family well.
