Why this group exists

Most men don't have a real space to be honest.

Performance, pressure, responsibility. Most men carry these quietly. There are plenty of spaces to talk about what you're doing, very few where you can talk about what's actually going on.

Men's Peak Tribe was built to be that space. Small enough that everyone gets to speak. Consistent enough that real trust builds over time. Grounded enough that the conversations actually mean something.

Led by Dr. Rak Jotwani, lifestyle medicine physician, father of three, and someone who has done this work himself.

What happens each week

Every session follows the same rhythm.

Consistency builds trust. Each Tuesday evening follows the same arc. We open and close in stillness, with the real work in between.

01
Ground

We open with a grounding meditation. A chance to arrive, drop out of the day, and come into presence.

02
Teaching

A short teaching on the current theme, from communication and awareness to letting go and identity. Lately, a chapter of the Tao Te Ching at a time.

03
The conversation

The heart of the hour. Men bring what is actually going on and work it through together. Honesty over performance.

04
Check-in

Each man looks back at the intention he set last week and how it actually went, then names what he wants for the week ahead.

05
Close

We often end the way we began, with a short meditation to settle what came up and carry it gently into the week.

The framework

Everything runs on RAK.

Not a rigid protocol, a lens for looking at your own life honestly.

R
Roots

Get clear on what actually matters to you. Your values, your purpose, your vision for your life. Change that isn't anchored in something real doesn't last.

A
Awareness

Understand the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Most men have never been taught to look at their own patterns clearly. This is where that starts.

K
Kindness

Learn to meet yourself with honesty and compassion, especially when things don't go as planned. Not going easy on yourself. Being accurate instead of brutal.

What you'll work on

More than a book club and a check-in.

Over time the group moves through a real body of work. Not a lecture series, a set of skills you practice on your own life, week after week.

Saying the hard thing

Honest communication without blowing up or shutting down. How to say what is true, and how to listen so the people in your life actually feel understood.

The gap

The space between what happens and how you react. Catching your autopilot, naming what you feel, and choosing your response instead of being run by it.

Letting go

Loosening the grip on what you cannot control. Where surrender is strength rather than giving up, and how to stop carrying what was never yours to hold.

Roots and identity

Who you actually want to become, and the why underneath it. Building the routines that carry you there when motivation runs out.

The body

Food, movement, and energy as the vehicle for the life you want. Living with awareness instead of another rigid plan or a fresh round of shame.

What you reach for

The cravings and habits you turn to under stress. Meeting the urge with curiosity instead of willpower, and finding what you are really after.

Who this is for

This group is for a specific kind of man.

Men's Peak Tribe is not for everyone, and that's intentional. The group works because the men in it are genuinely committed.

Men who are curious about their own patterns and want to understand them better

Men who want deeper conversations than most friendships offer

Men willing to show up honestly, even when it's uncomfortable

Men committed to growth, not as a concept, but as a weekly practice

Led by

Dr. Rak Jotwani, MD

Rak is a board-certified lifestyle medicine and internal medicine physician who built this group because he needed it, and because he saw too many men moving through their lives without a space to actually slow down and look at what was happening.

He is a husband and father of three, a recovering fast food addict, and someone who reversed his own health through lifestyle change alone. His approach is honest, grounded in evidence, and anchored in the belief that awareness and compassion are more powerful than willpower and force.

How it works

Simple structure. Real commitment.
