Consistency builds trust. Each Tuesday evening moves through four phases, accountability, learning, reflection, and intention-setting.
Each member shares how they're doing and reports back on last week's commitment. Honesty over performance.
A short teaching tied to the group's current theme. Currently working through the Tao Te Ching, a chapter at a time.
A guided meditation practice. Brief, grounding, and designed to bring the group into presence before deeper conversation.

Rak is a board-certified lifestyle medicine and internal medicine physician who built this group because he needed it, and because he saw too many men moving through their lives without a space to actually slow down and look at what was happening.
He is a husband and father of three, a recovering fast food addict, and someone who reversed his own health through lifestyle change alone. His approach is honest, grounded in evidence, and anchored in the belief that awareness and compassion are more powerful than willpower and force.
